July in Maine

Stella has been spending most of her time outside playing with water, rocks, and bubbles. She also likes a good band. It just won't do unless she is ten feet from the speakers so she can feel the music. This month her favorite thumb became infected ... I hope it wasn't that Kentucky petting zoo. She didn't seem to mind since her antibiotic didn't keep her from sucking her coveted thumb.

Summer begins!

Summer officially began on June 18th for the Shepherd/Kiernan family. But first, Stella had a wonderful birthday party at the Mayfield's house in North Berwick on June 8. She turned two on June 15th and is already acting like a typical two-year-old. Now we are in Kentucky at Nannee's house. Stella loves playing with her cousins Kiley, Laurel and Spencer. But, she misses her Mum.
